Art of Binghamton is a premiere gallery experience showcasing various mediums of artwork from acrylic paintings to photography, all created by local artists. Each piece is a unique representation of Binghamton’s past, present, and future vision, with the artists’ pride and love for their hometown reflected in their work. This show features an eclectic group of works that range from classic art to advanced digital art, and offers eye-opening visions of Binghamton, allowing the viewer to experience Binghamton through the eyes of the artists.
Art of Binghamton made its debut two years ago at the Roberson Museum and Science Center and the Bundy Museum of History and Art, and the Art Mission Theater showcased the event in its second year. Now in its third year, Art of Binghamton is back at the Bundy Museum of History and Art and is bigger than ever with an all-day music fest on Saturday, September 15th.
This year’s Art of Binghamton gallery event opens on September 14th from 6-9pm at the Bundy Museum of History and Art, 129 Main St., Binghamton, with the AOB Music Fest on September 15th from Noon to 10 pm, also at the Bundy Museum. The exhibit is on display through October 30.
Exhibiting artists include Matthew Card, John Carroll, Jonathan W Cohen, Angela Cook, Denise Franchino, Richard Henry, Danielle Herman, Sandy Kirker, Joshua Lasky, Drew Lewis, Jim Maggiore, Shawn McMahon, Patrick McPhee, Gregory Milunich, Abby Ponterio, Mike Ricciardi, Deb Pultz Rockefeller, Camilo Sanchez, David Skyrca and Andrea Wood.
