Operation Clean Sweep is designed to help you get your house clear of clutter, at least if you live in the city of Binghamton where Trash pickup usually requires a blue "city" bag or a pink sticker. During August 1-11 there will be no charge for a total of 6 items on each of your regular trash day. This includes furniture, large bulk items.
