Area clergy are inviting the community to come to the Martin Luther King Promenade on Tuesday, June, 9th, at 12 Noon. It will be a quiet assembly to kneel for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, ending with the names of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and Tony Mc Dade, recent victims of racial violence. The day coincides with the last Memorial Service in Houston for George Floyd.
