Dr. Myra Sabir, Carol Egan and Sarah Young are holding an eight-week Life Writing session for LGBTQ+ identified women. For those of you unfamiliar, Life Writing is a narrative therapy intervention developed by Myra that guides participants through their unresolved emotional experiences of rejection and trauma using a workbook and private writing exercises.The workshop will be held on Mondays at the University Downtown Center (UDC) at Binghamton University from 6 to 8 pm starting on January 20 and ending on March 9. The workshop is free and includes a copy of the Life Writing workbook as well as dinner each session.
