BINGHAMTON, NY. — RE/Collected is a new fundraiser supporting the Broome County Arts Council’s Artist in Residence Program by finding new homes for donated pre-owned and unused artwork. Throughout January, BCAC will be collecting donations of unused artworks from community members. We do not ask local artists to donate their work. Join us for a week-long sale of vintage artwork at affordable prices kicking off on First Friday, February 7th at 6PM. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Artist in Residence program, helping to sustain and cultivate local talent.
Donated work can include: paintings, photography, and all other 2D types of work, and 3D work such as small sculptures, embroidery, handmade pottery, fiber art, and other functional art. Artworks may be professional or amateur, old or new. If you are ready to pass it on, consider donating to BCAC.
