The Binghamton City School Board is proposing over $14 million in repairs to schools, with largely stimulus funding. There is a public hearing Dec. 6th at 6 pm in the 3rd floor community room 164 Hawley St. Binghamton. Voting is Dec. 14th 11 am- 8 pm. Call for your polling place-- 762-8100 X104.
