The Cooperative Gallery 213 is seeking a new artist member. Founded in 2000 to provide accessible exhibition space for member artists, the gallery has created a community of artists and increased an appreciation for art in the larger community. Because of the quality and diversity of its exhibits, the Cooperative Gallery is a popular stop on the First Friday Art Walk.

Exhibiting members pay a yearly membership fee and staff the gallery regularly. Members can expect a show every 18-20 months, and access to the Members’ Gallery every month. The gallery charges a 20% commission on sales.

For more information on the gallery and to apply for membership, go to www.cooperativegallery.com. Click on ABOUT and go to BECOMING AN EXHIBITING MEMBER.

Cooperative Gallery 213 is located in downtown Binghamton on State of the Art, (213 State Street).
