Absentee ballot application: Any qualified voter who will be unable to vote in person on the day of the vote due to illness, physical disability, hospitalization, incarceration, or travel outside of the county/city of residence may apply. Applications must be received by the district at least seven days prior to the vote. To apply, call (607-762-8100 x 319) or apply in person (164 Hawley St., 3rd Floor, Binghamton, NY) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The district will automatically mail an absentee ballot to each voter registered as permanently disabled with the BC Board of Election.
