The Earlville Opera House continues to accept Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for on-line presentation in our Virtual Gallery Exhibition Series.
During the continuing Covid-19 pandemic, it is imperative to promote and share the talents of visual artists who are struggling during this time. Our virtual format allows opportunities for artists to demonstrate their work and/or process, display available pieces for sale and/or engage with viewers in his/her own studio space.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORK:
-Submissions accepted on a rolling basis until further notice.
-Artists must submit ten (10) digital images of recent work for review to:

IMAGES: Your ten (10) images should represent the virtual artwork that you are proposing to show. Submit only PC-compatible files in jpg or pdf format. Label each image with a title, size, type of medium, date created, price if for sale and the artist’s name.
-All media and styles are considered. High quality works by professional and emerging artists who live part-time or full-time in the Southern Tier and Central New York regions are given priority, although other artists are considered.
-There is no fee for submissions, however, if chosen, a one-page signed agreement will be required with a short biography and/or resume and an Artist Statement.

-If your work is chosen, we will discuss our virtual options to create an exhibit that is unique to your style. You will then be assigned dates for your virtual showing on our social media platforms.
-You will be required to sign a one-page agreement and provide EOH with a short biography and/or resume and an Artist Statement.
