Mayor David is proposing to privatize the management of the Binghamton/JC Treatment Plant.

The contractor that is overdue and a year late in fulfilling its obligations–should that company be awarded the contract?
Will privatization provide better management than the system we have now of Binghamton and Johnson City alternating management responsibilities?
If privatized, will the existing workers keep their job at current levels and benefits?
Will this save the taxpayers money?
When will it stop smelling so bad?
