BINGHAMTON—Another man being held in the Broome County Jail was pronounced dead Wednesday morning, after reportedly being denied life-saving medical treatment by jail staff. The deceased — a 40-year-old Binghamton resident — was arrested for a probation violation on October 16th, when a medical emergency caused him to miss a scheduled appointment with his probation officer.
